A graphic utility made by Günter Radestock.
It uses his Atari-ST mouse adapter and the Vortex RAM expansion.
Special features are copying from another picture, resizing or transforming of parts of the picture, proportional fonts, compression with color information and Atari-ST mouse support with the adapter.
