I think the original name was more correct. The prime use of the MP1 and MP2 was as a modulator. That it also had a power supply unit inside it was just a prerequisite for the practicality of the modulator; hence this is not a PSU containing TV output, but a TV modulator containing a PSU. A bit naf powersupply .. but i just dug it out of my basement!
