F1/M1 X-Drive
Following a legal dispute with Digital Research, Vortex switched to supplying only patches for CP/M 3.0. The X-Drive came with a system disc containing XPATCH30.COM which patched Amstrad's CP/M 3.0, adding support for the 80-track Vortex disc format. The system disc itself can be modified to boot CPM 2.2 or 3.0.
