The program launcher in action—"L" to load or "S" to load and run

Databox is the name of the additional cassette or disk which contained the programs of one issue of the CPC Schneider International magazines, published by DMV.

Type-in programs in CPC Schneider International had a checksum on each line, which could be compared to the output of check464.bas, check664.bas, or check612.bas, respectively, as each line was typed in. This was especially useful for entering long DATA statements with hexadecimal numbers—the usual way to include machine code in type-ins.
