Implementation details and use of Plus hardware

• CRTC Register 0 is set to 64. Normal value is 63.
• Mode 0 is used for display
• Plus palette is used
• Plus raster interrupt is used
• Plus split screen is not used
• Plus pixel by pixel hardware scroll is not used
• Plus sprites are used (for the player - X magification is 2, Y magnification is 1)
• Plus DMA is not used
