Stuart's first column, in AA 49, actually appeared under the old name, The Pilgrim. However, Steve Cooke objected to the continuing use of his "copyrighted pseudonym" and hence the name change took place.<br />
<br />
The final Balrog column appeared in AA 93, by which time most adventure games were home-brew releases. Stuart has since pursued a career in the computer games industry.<br />
